The data controller of your personal data is the University of Economy (Wyższa Szkoła Gospodarki), Garbary 2 Street, 85-229 Bydgoszcz, hereinafter referred to as WSG. Personal data will be processed for the purposes related to the recruitment, study and monitoring graduates' professional career processes as well as for marketing purposes connected with the complementarity of educational and other related services. Your data may be disclosed to the recipients within the meaning of Article 7 point 6 of the Personal Data Protection Act, i.e. public authorities carrying out their tasks within the area of higher education and resulting from legal provisions. The provision of personal data is a statutory requirement under the Law of Higher Education and other legal regulations. The refusal to provide personal data is equivalent to the inability to start the recruitment and enrolment process. However, providing personal data that will be processed for marketing and advertising purposes is voluntary. You have the right to access and change your data at any time as well as ask the data controller to stop processing your personal data.
